How to use
After skin stimulating & bathing, dispense a small amount into your palm & rub hands together. Take 4 deep breaths to receive the aromatherapy benefits.
Massage the oil into your body using firm & circular strokes, always moving towards your heart. Place extra focus on areas where the removal & neutralization of toxins is needed.
Apply to your face, starting at the jaw line, work from the center outward and upward over the cheeks to hairline. Then at the center, make sweeping strokes from the collarbone up and out to the sides of the neck. Work from the nose out to the hairline.Continue with upper lip, lower lip and the chin. At the chin, follow along the lower jaw line to behind the ear lobe
Remember Always make sure to lift your hand at the end of each motion and reposition to start on the next area. Never massage the face in a downward or circular motion – counteracts the lifting benefits.
